Mr. Hamblin joins Censeo after a career of more than 30 years in in private- and public-sector consulting and operations. Mr. Hamblin has focused on supply chain management, strategic planning, and operational improvement. Prior to Censeo, Mr. Hamblin ran his own consulting firm, specializing in supply chain management, outsourcing government functions to the private sector, and introducing private sector best practices to improve government operations.

Before that, Mr. Hamblin was Program Manager at LMI, bringing commercial supply-chain management best practices to the Department of Defense (DoD) and other agencies. Mr. Hamblin developed thought-leading intellectual capital in supply chain management, customer relationships management, organization design, and information systems implementation.

Before LMI, Mr. Hamblin worked at Mercer Management Consulting—a worldwide consulting firm serving senior executives of major Fortune 500 firms—on strategic and operational projects. Prior to working for Mercer, Mr. Hamblin was a Marine Corps logistics officer and amphibian officer, and served as an analyst at the Combat Development Command. Mr. Hamblin began his career with the Procter & Gamble Company, working first as a product technical engineer in P&G’s Paper Division, and later as a computer modeling consultant in manufacturing plants.
