Willis joined Censeo in 2010 as a Business Analyst after graduating from the University of Pennsylvania with degrees in bioengineering and economics. Over his time at Censeo, Willis has supported a variety of major federal agencies on a range of engagements spanning cost reduction, operational effectiveness, process improvement, strategic planning and performance management. Willis was first attracted to Censeo because of the high levels of responsibility given to junior staff, and the warmth and fun-loving spirit of the Censeans he met throughout the recruiting process confirmed that Censeo was the right place for him to start his career. Both of these tenets have held true throughout his tenure, as Willis has greatly appreciated the ability to take leading roles on both client projects and firm-building initiatives while enjoying the close social camaraderie of his colleagues at all levels of the firm. When not in the office, Willis enjoys traveling, trying new foods, and attending Washington Wizards basketball games as a 5+ year season ticket holder.
Favorite project to date: Working closely with a Department of Defense client to negotiate a $25M+ deal with a well-known IT vendor
Fun fact: While travelling in Poland for a friend’s wedding, he somehow managed to run into the Wizards’ starting center at the time, Marcin Gortat, while out one night in Krakow.
Shayna joined Censeo in August 2017 as a Business Analyst. Prior to joining the firm, she attended the University of Pennsylvania, where she earned a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School and a B.S. in Systems Engineering. At Censeo, Shayna takes the lead on conducting and presenting analysis to help clients solve their toughest problems. Outside of client work, she helps lead the firm’s Social Committee, planning company-wide events such as holiday parties and game nights. Shayna’s favorite part of working at Censeo is the high level of responsibility she is given as a junior staff member, and she enjoys getting to work with kind, fun, and passionate colleagues every day!
