Michael Drescher

Michael leads as the Vice President of Censeo’s subsidiary, Analytic Consulting Solutions Inc., a consultancy focused on project and program management execution for Federal government clients.  Michael has nearly 20 years’ experience advising clients in the public and financial services industries.  He has worked closely with clients at all levels in managing programs and projects greater than $10M annually related to all aspects of information technology, financial management, human resources, operations, regulatory compliance and grants management. Mr. Drescher’s competencies and areas of expertise include PMO creation and implementation, organizational design and improvement, performance management, and process improvement. He has managed hundreds of millions of dollars of Federal and commercial contracts over his career and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Prior to joining Censeo, Michael served in management roles at Deloitte, Unisys, and a number of other firms.
