Joe Falit has seven years of industry and consulting experience focusing on the Federal Government, nonprofits, and Consumer Banking strategy. Most recently, he has worked on a wide range of organizational and operational improvement projects in the public sector, from improving supplier satisfaction within a multi-billion-dollar procurement program to developing a dynamic financial model to project financials for a university. Prior to Censeo, Joe worked in the financial services industry in New York, first at JPMorgan Chase and most recently as a Senior Vice President at Citibank. Joe began his career working for a nonprofit in Maputo, Mozambique as a “Princeton-in-Africa” fellow, and he maintains a deep interest in African policy and business.
