Kisha Dimbo has more than 20 years of management consulting, corporate, and nonprofit leadership experience. Her diverse experience spans corporate strategy, operations management, product development, business process reengineering and change management in the federal, health, legal, and consumer goods sectors. As a member of Censeo’s Leadership Team, Kisha manages client contracts for organizations across the federal government, and as Censeo’s Director of Employee Experience, she collaborates with Censeo leadership and staff to co-create an exceptional employee experience for all Censeans.

Prior to joining Censeo, Kisha held strategy, growth, and operations leadership roles for a government contractor supporting federal clients. She has also led strategy and planning, membership development, marketing strategy, and business development for several nonprofits. Kisha’s management consulting background includes consulting with A.T. Kearney, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Commerce One.
