Matt Bernstein

Matt has 20 years of experience in management consulting. As an Associate Partner at Censeo, he is responsible for ensuring successful execution of a variety of complex, strategic projects for civilian agency clients. His areas of expertise include process improvement, project and program management, risk assessments, and payment and compliance audits. He is a Lean Six Sigma black belt and experienced facilitator.

Matt has worked with a variety of public sector clients, including the FCC, the FAA, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the U.S. Army, the U.S. Air Force, and the Office of the Secretary of Defense. In addition to his work with the Federal Government, he has also advised senior leaders and led large programs at Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to joining Censeo, Matt obtained client facing consulting experience with Booz Allen Hamilton, Grant Thornton, and CrossCountry Consulting and internal consulting experience in ICF’s Business Transformation Office.
