Prior to joining Censeo, he has led many large transformation initiatives across a variety of industries, including defense, financial services, health care, technology, and higher education. His expertise includes strategic planning, process improvement, program management, change management, and risk analysis. He is trained and has extensive experience in meeting facilitation, the Agile methodology, and Lean Six Sigma.
