Kevin Knudson brings a decade of experience in management consulting, stakeholder engagement, and program evaluation, with a strong track record supporting strategic initiatives across the Federal Government. He has advised agencies such as the FCC, GSA, EPA, NIH, and FRA on high-impact projects spanning audit readiness, IT modernization, and fraud risk mitigation. Known for his ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, Kevin is recognized for delivering sustainable, data-driven solutions that strengthen program integrity and operational performance.
Kevin currently serves as an Engagement Manager at Censeo Consulting Group, where he leads projects within the firm’s federal portfolio. He has served as the primary point of contact on enterprise-level assessments, including FCC’s Emergency Connectivity Fund and Office of the CIO initiatives, and has directed cross-functional teams in the development of risk frameworks, compliance audits, and modernization plans. Prior to joining Censeo, Kevin held roles in non-profit development and consulting, raising more than $2.5 million in major gift and estate commitments for the SPE Educational Foundation and advising national nonprofit organizations on strategic growth.
Kevin holds dual B.A. degrees in Communications and Political Science from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. He is experienced in program audit design, stakeholder engagement, and government risk assessment methodologies, and brings a unique ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative evidence to support decision-making at the highest levels.
