Jess McClure

Jess McClure brings 10+ years of experience in project management, analytics, product development, and technology modernization across public and private sector roles. Her recent experience includes project management for IT modernization efforts at GSA and OPM.

Jess is an Engagement Manager with Censeo, overseeing projects and teams of consultants focused on solving tough problems and delivering superior customer experiences. She has planned and led high-level initiatives including IT modernization efforts with upwards of 2 million users, ingestion and integration of new data sources, transitioning legacy on-prem databases to cloud environments, and automating workflows to save time and costs. Jess is an expert in creating cohesion and alignment between cross-functional workstreams, providing calm and stability through her leadership style, and focusing teams on action and results.

Jess earned dual Bachelor’s of Science degrees in Supply Chain Management and Marketing from University of Maryland’s Smith School of Business. She maintains industry-relevant certifications including a Project Management Professional (PMP), Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (A-CSPO), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and Certified Agile Leadership – Essentials & Organizations (CAL E/O).
