Before Censeo, Austin worked across the public and private sectors in roles that focused on operations, program delivery, and user experience. He’s known for his practical, clear-headed approach to problem-solving and for helping teams stay focused on what matters most.

​Austin earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University and has completed executive education programs at the University of Richmond Robins School of Business and Harvard Business School Online.
