Andrew has nearly 15 years of management consulting, corporate, and startup leadership experience. He focuses on strategic planning and operational improvement, helping numerous multi-billion-dollar federal agencies craft their long-term visions and stand up initiatives to achieve their missions. He has a strong background and interest in social impact and has assisted federal, state, and local government agencies with their most pressing challenges to better serve their constituencies.
Prior to joining Censeo, Andrew led strategy and operations projects for Axiom Consultants, a women-owned 8a government consulting company, and served as the Vice President at DC-based food business accelerator, Union Kitchen. At Union Kitchen, he managed strategic engagements such as consulting and government relations and led overall corporate strategy. He has designed and ran multiple business accelerators to improve economic development across the US (including the women-focused Farm2Food Accelerator) and overseas (including the LIFE project, which helps refugees from across the Middle East integrate into their new communities and improve their livelihoods), creating lasting impact for his clients and their communities.
Andrew’s management consulting background includes consulting with A.T. Kearney and Deloitte. He is a Cum Laude graduate of Dartmouth College and holds a master’s degree in international Trade and Investment Policy from George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs. He is a Boren Fellowship recipient and is a PMI™ Certified Project Management Professional (PMP®).
