Joshua Leo Chilcote

Joshua Leo has over four years of experience in leading project management, change, and strategic planning roles. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s College of Arts & Sciences and Fels Institute of Government, having earned a B.A. in History, graduate certificates in Public Finance and Politics, and a Masters in Public Administration.
During his tenure with Censeo, JL has worked with multiple agencies across the Federal Government including the EPA, US Marine Corps, and HHS. His project experience has included strategic planning, change management, acquisition strategy, and implementation support. Beyond client work, he is an active member of the Censeo’s Diversity & Inclusion committee.
