Ashraf has nineteen years of management consulting experience. He is a graduate of The Catholic University of America with a B.A. in Politics and Economics. Ashraf is a leader in managing highly technical and operational programs which includes extensive stakeholder engagement, data analytics (quantitative and qualitative), human capital and enterprise level process improvement initiatives. Prior to joining Censeo, Ashraf worked in a wide variety of fields including consulting work in capacity building for international development, finance for public and private entities, public polling both domestic and international, healthcare studies, defense and security support, and strategic communications.
