Shelly is Founder and CEO of Silicon Valley based Tech Hill Advisors, a boutique consulting firm guiding innovative companies through the challenges faced when technologies outpace state and federal legislation and regulations. Previously, Shelly founded Enscient Solutions, specializing in HRMS Implementations and Workforce Management Solutions for the Public Sector. Shelly was with Oracle Corporation for 10 years during which time she worked with HR and Technology departments across both public and private sectors to implement Oracle’s HRMS Suite of Applications for various government and healthcare entities, including the General Services Administration. Shelly developed Root Square, an innovative, incentive-driven online fundraising tool designed to enable political candidates and nonprofits to raise funds across social media sites. Currently, Shelly is developing a platform for women-led startups. The platform accelerates women’s role in tech and offers guidance and support from idea to delivery. Shelly also started the Veterans Training Council to train and connect honorably discharged veterans with skills to prepare them for 21st century careers in top-notch companies.
