Sourcing and Supply Management Visionary R. David Nelson Joins
Censeo Consulting Group’s Board of Advisors

Washington, D.C., November 13, 2007 - Censeo Consulting Group, a leader in supply chain management and operations, announced today the appointment of R. David Nelson to its Board of Advisors.

Mr. Nelson brings to Censeo over 25 years of experience implementing world-class supply management processes and best practices at several leading U.S. companies including Delphi Corporation, Deere & Company and Honda of America Manufacturing. He is Chief Supply Chain/Strategy Officer for HTC Global Services Inc. Mr. Nelson is also chair emeritus of the Institute of Supply Management (formerly the National Association of Purchasing Management).

Prior to joining HTC, Mr. Nelson served as Vice President, Global Supply Management at tier-one automaker Delphi Corporation, where he was a member of the Delphi Strategy Board, the firm’s top policymaking group. He also served previously as Vice President of Worldwide Supply Management at Deere & Company. Under his leadership, Deere was awarded Purchasing Magazine’s Medal of Professional Excellence, the purchasing industry’s highest award.

In addition, Mr. Nelson served for ten years as a corporate officer of Honda of America Manufacturing as Vice President of Purchasing and later as Senior Vice President of Purchasing and Corporate Affairs. He was promoted to the Board of Directors of Honda of America Manufacturing in 1997.

Recent books Mr. Nelson has authored include The Incredible Payback: Sourcing Solutions that Deliver Extraordinary Results and Purchasing Machine: How the Top Ten Companies Use Best Practices to Manage their Supply Chains.
