Censeo’s Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion – a Letter from our CEO.

In 2003, I founded Censeo Consulting Group on the belief that businesses should be about more than the bottom line, setting out to start a company whose day-to-day operations intrinsically improved the social and public good.

This commitment to the public good extends beyond our clients to our communities – and to our employees. Studies show that more diverse companies perform better, but for us, diversity and inclusion goes beyond profit. Our people make us who we are, and we aim to make Censeo a place where all employees receive the professional support they need to succeed, and where no one faces obstacles based on race, ethnicity, nationality, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, or disability.

Beyond that, at Censeo, we believe that diversity – in backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives – makes us stronger as both a company and a community. Our differences should not just be tolerated or accepted, but valued and embraced.

We know that we aren’t perfect, and we strive to continue to improve the diversity and inclusivity of our firm. We are committed to supporting a firm that provides fair opportunities to all candidates and employees, creates a workplace culture that values diversity and inclusion, and doesn’t shy away from difficult dialogues that lead to understanding and progress.

The consulting sector must recognize that diversity and inclusion is about more than just metrics; it is also about learning from one another and building each other up so that everyone is empowered to be their most successful self. Censeo is committed to creating a workplace that rejects bias and discrimination while fostering an environment where employees feel safe, express themselves, and, most importantly, thrive.

Sincerely,
